You should know exactly where our information comes from and who benefits when you book. Here's how Seek Holidays works.
Where our deals come from
Every deal on Seek Holidays comes from a product feed supplied by the travel company itself (currently Sunweb for ski holidays and Oceanwide Expeditions for polar voyages), via the affiliate network TradeTracker. Our system fetches each feed several times a day.
- We show the price, dates, photos and description as the company supplies them. We never invent prices or "was" prices; a discount only appears when the feed itself contains an original price.
- When a deal disappears from a feed, it disappears from our site automatically.
- Prices can still change between our last update and the moment you book. The price on the partner's site is always the one that counts.
How we write and check our guides
- Every guide and article has a named author and a "last updated" date.
- We check ticket prices, tourist taxes, opening times and travel rules against official sources (operators, tourist boards, GOV.UK, NHS) before publishing, and we hedge prices that change often ("from about").
- We don't accept payment for coverage, and partners can't buy a better review.
- Photos in our guides come from Wikimedia Commons, credited on every page and on our photo credits page.
How we make money
Some links on Seek Holidays are affiliate links. If you book through one, the partner pays us a small commission. You never pay more. We work with partners we'd use ourselves: Trip.com and Booking.com for flights and hotels, GetYourGuide and Viator for tickets and tours, Omio for trains and DiscoverCars for car hire. Affiliate links are marked with "sponsored" in the code and explained in our affiliate disclosure.

Are the prices on Seek Holidays live?
They come from the travel companies' feeds, refreshed several times a day. The final price is always the one on the partner's website when you book.
Do I book with Seek Holidays?
No. You always book directly with the travel company or booking site, so your contract and any financial protection (such as ATOL or package travel protection) are with them.
Does using your links cost me more?
No. The commission comes out of the partner's marketing budget, not your pocket.
